The company was founded in June 2005 by two freelance craftsmen, Robert Bicknell, a diamond mounter and Andrew Pollack, a diamond setter. Having already established themselves individually within the trade as highly skilled professionals, they decided to form a partnership to bring their individual talents together. Robert brought into the partnership his knowledge of the processes involved in creating fine jewellery and Andrew contributed his expertise in setting diamonds and precious stones into jewellery.

All aspects of creating stunning jewellery are undertaken in-house, increasing the speed of manufacture, and the quality of the product. Flawless has also forged strong relationships with various gemstone dealers over the years and all precious and semi-precious stones can be supplied which are sourced from mines all over the world at very competitive prices.
